Who we are
Our site address is: https://ismsecurity.nl.
When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data shown in the comment form as well as the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
If you are a registered user and upload images to the site, you should avoid uploading images that contain EXIF GPS location data. Visitors to the site can download images from the site and view location data.
When you leave a comment on our site, you can indicate whether your name, e-mail address and site may be stored in a cookie. We do this for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in these details again for a new response. These cookies are valid for one year.
If you visit our login page, we store a temporary cookie to check whether your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is deleted as soon as you close your browser.
Once you log in, we will store some cookies related to your login information and screen display options. Login cookies are valid for 2 days and cookies for screen display options are valid for 1 year. If you select “Remember me”, your login will be saved for 2 weeks. Embedded content of other sites
Posts on this site may show embedded content. E.g. videos, images, messages). Embedded content from other sites behaves exactly as if the visitor had visited these other sites.
With whom we share your data
If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset e-mail.
How long we keep your data
When you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are stored forever. This way, we can automatically recognise and approve follow-up comments instead of having to moderate them.

You may also request that we delete any personal data we hold about you. This does not include data that we are obliged to retain for administrative, legal or security purposes.
Where we send your data
Comments from visitors may be routed through an automated spam detection service.
